Thanks to Aqua Bunny, I don't think Nidorina would be a good candidate these days if you're searching for very obscure. It made a lot more sense when people still couldn't get Nidorina's name right.
I think her actions and reactions are much more realistic than Mewtwo. An animal would be easily spooked by sudden "happenings". Plus, having something that manipulates atoms is about as dangerous as you can get. She could, in theory, instantly collapse a living creature into a puddle of water, for example.
And here, Charlotte transcends halfway into supernatural, losing a portion of her mortality. That lost portion is replaced by that eye, which you'll see keeps her alive, now.
