This Mother's Day I decided to do a picture based on a different set of characters for a change. So different, they don't even belong to me. The Martz family decided to get together and take a nice photo with their mother, for their mother, so that she will always have a nice memory to look back on. The Martz family are characters of Torielzard/Nidozard. This picture mixes some aspects of the first and second designs, as I wanted to go with what I thought stood out a little more in the end.
Who will prevail? Or is it all in vain?
Will any of them follow through? I'm sure Pikachu, Lisa and Sentret will, and Tuff is just looney enough to go through with hers, too.
Dangit, Bun-Bun, The rule of Christmas season is; if there ain't no mistletoe to kiss under, you simply do not kiss!
A remake of the first Christmas picture the site has ever had. It's been a fun journey, this 10 years! Happy Holidays from past, present and future!
It's time to let out your inner dork and indulge in the frivolousness that is Shark Week! Didi can't resist events of this nature, being possibly the queen of all dorks. Additionally, this picture doubles as a summertime pic, so have a great summer from the Schneider sisters!
I nearly opted out of Father's Day art, but I had the idea, and figured the day still needed some representation on the site. I'm sure Nidoran Female wouldn't too happy about these two munching flowers, but there's something special about a little daddy-daughter time, and I think it's safe to let them have this, don't you?
As opposed to the usual Halmarky Mother’s Day fan art, I decided to go with an abridged story of how Nidorino and Nidorina’s family grew from the beginning of Poke Tales to the end of Poke Legends. It’s sort of spoilery, but at this time, it no longer matters. It also glosses over a lot of information, such as where Eevee came from and why he went into hiding, or why Nidorina instantly bonded with Totodile, but it does the job. If nothing else, the story of Nina, the final child, is accurate.
Residents of Pokemon Square have been more than familiar with the human customs, the one that caught their interest the most being the event they seem to call "Christmas". Not just the story behind it, but how it's celebrated as well, sharing gifts, bringing people together...so eventually, they decided they should celebrate it as well!
However, instead of celebrating birth of a messiah from legends and cutting down a random tree in the wild so that various decorations can be placed on it, residents of Pokemon Square would all gather around a randomly selected tree in the forest, decorate it and spend the night exchanging presents, dancing, singing, just spreading the holiday cheer to their fellow Pokemon, family and friends alike. For this one night there were no ill feelings or rivalries; everyone was unified in the spirit of the holiday.
As this was the first Christmas he would spend with Carmela, Ricky went to great lengths to make sure he picked a right present for her, despite her constantly insisting the greatest gift she could ever receive is his friendship.
