Pixie Dust

Wait, what website is this again? Pop Star is known to be a planet for its dream like environments and surreal landscapes, colorful flora and fauna and an abundance of star shaped everything, including unexplainable phenomena. Vulpix is out in a field, presumably on her way to school, and she's greeted with a light show shower of stars drifting down like snowflakes. The "stars" aren't tangible in and of themselves, as they pass right through a person's body, but one can still see this bright, shimmering, almost hazy and dreamy display of beauty!

Blonde Style

Our favorite brunette, or should I say bluenette decided to dye her hair blonde and be weird for some reason. Just another day. Could it just be a marketing tactic for her salon, or has she just been following too many alternative bloggers? Funnily enough, this is based on real experience. By the by, I want that kick-booty shirt. I originally considered a (Real) Dark Matter print over Kracko, but I figured it would be mistaken for a flower.

Stroll

I remember when I found Creative Worlds as a kid, and was immediately delighted. "Hey, this guy likes Pokémon and Kirby! Cool!" Now, years later, I still love coming back, both to CW and Aqua Bunny. Honestly, they're pretty big inspirations for the kind of art that I do. As such, I figured it was about time I drew something again. I hope you enjoy! :)

Prayer in the Wind

This is probably OOC, I dunno. I finally made sense of that silly pendant which half the time I can't remember the name of. D: Also, I've been drawing Lots with her ears down more often, makeshift pigtails and whatnots. Or like, whatever. I'm tired. :(

Charlotte Rapid Sketch

And then something very strange and funny happened when i was playing my Pokémon Diamond Nuzlocke. Something that remembered me this awesome website. Something connected to my favourite character overall: Charlotte. I looked up at my very firsts works that i posted here and i was like "Oh god why I did those" and realizing again that i can't use only paint and a tablet to make decent art. Then i started laughing and my 3DS music player was playing Ghetsis's theme. So i started drawing this. It's nothing special but i hope you like it. Almost it's a signal that i am not dead :3

Radio Nidorina 2012

I dunno what it is about girls wearing headphones, especially manga girls, but it's always cool. Nidorina is cool, I'm just adding two and two together. Well, maybe she isn't "cool" anymore so much as just fun to hang out with, but she still loves her music all the same (I think she's slowly turning into a (and I use this with extreme looseness) "hipster". I DID say I was basing her on people I know). So yeah, it's basically lol headphones girl but with Nidorina. But the truth is that she still likes headphones that let her feel the music, not those pitiful earbuds, and unlike those mock iPod illustrations in the aughts, expensive headphone illustrations will never go out of style as long as there's any song worth listening to. Anyway, a reimagining of Radio Nidorina 2010, but way better. I think this needs to be a theme. I demand more Nidorina with headphones. >:|

Some Cute Chick Named Nidorina

I like drawing females, and I'm also non-partial to species. Humans, animals, shoot I'll draw a set of toasters with faces. If it's cute, I don't care what the subject is. It occurred to me one day when I was working on my sketches outside of Aqua Bunny that I don't have a lot of male characters, or sketches of generic guys for that matter.

One reason being that a lot of art blogs that I view now and then tend to be by women illustrators, and make up a high percentage of my inspiration. There's just something about the way they color and draw, like I swear it's something women have that men don't, and it's always visually appealing. Life studies, pin-ups, unicorn doodles, whatever, it all just works. It speaks to my tastes of careful coloring and a cute appeal (even if they don't want to admit it). And it goes without saying that these girls are typically drawing girls themselves. But to be fair, there's a plethora of great male artists, specifically those who can create similar works.
