Another addition to the experimental works. That's all I got, really.

Have a slightly-better-than doodle. Audino was one of those Pokemon I glanced over in Pokemon Y, but I watched the anime episode where it Mega Evolves and oh my goodness. I can’t say for certain but I’m sure I died, especially after seeing the heart on the bunny like footies. It might have topped Mawile and Kangaskhan as best Mega (I need to participate in a new Pokkedex(y)). Needless to say I need to give this Pokemon another look.

I figured Nidorina would want to be just as cute, even if Audino and Mega Evolution are anachronisms in this series. Just for fun, now I wonder what a unique “Mega Evolution” would look like on her, based on her personality (there’d be a heart motif no doubt). That or an Ash-Greninja deal. Maybe I’ll doodle something some day and see how much cute I can cram into her design. Or maybe someone else can take a stab at it if they want. Or maybe nothing will happen. Who knows what comes next on this crazy planet.

haha, this is my half of a trade with Patrick! I love these two nidos so much aahhh, they’re absolutely adorable. ♥ enjoy!

If you ain't got that swing. This is my part of a full blown art trade with Patrick who draws very nice pokemon pictures, for my end of the trade he wanted me to draw his Nidorina as a fancey jazz singer. I was listening to Ella Fitzgerald for research, inspiration and then it switched to someone singing Mack the Knife "Ya know when that shark bites with his teeth, babe" and then I had to draw a Sharpedo in the back wailing on the sax, though I did a terrible job coloring his saxophone. Although I'm terrible at backgrounds I think this is one of my better ones to date.

My half of an art trade with Patrick! I went a little overboard with this, but I totally had an idea when it was requested and I had to follow through! The request was for Nidorina and Nidorino doing cute couple things. Here, Nidorina is pulling Nidorino over to a painting that reminds her of them!

Good couples always make sure that the other one doesn't do the worst kitchen related crime out of them all, late night snacking.
