Once when I was about 7 or 8 years old, I came up with this plan to pretend to be a baby in order to avoid small talk with one of my mom's friends or customers. Although I can't remember where I was trying to go or for what reason (though I do know at least in one direction it was to head back to my room), what I do remember most is the woman completely buying it in the same way as the Pidgeotto here. I will say, though, that there was a lot more distance between me and them, so maybe she didn't see so well.

I do wonder how the humans have been unaware of this Pokemon operated observatory for so long. I'm guessing it's so deep within the park that most of the park rangers just can't be bothered to explore this far.
I thought it was a really cool idea to give Unown a commoner type role that would still be fitting for them. It's better than just shoving them into ruins as gimmick Pokemon, doing nothing on walls. It is also far less predictable than using your typical townie-friendly Pokemon.
