Hey, I can have some fun too, so this is a charicature of the marketed design AKA anime inspired Nidorina. Since my figurine was staring me down, I used it as a reference yet again. Why they let this design slip through as standard instead of Sugimori's I'll never know.
I can imagine her speaking with a super gruff raspy voice, saying something with the word 'sweetie' in there somewhere (*shudder*, it reminds me of my old high school's nurse).
